Wine, Olive Oils, & Balsamic
Enjoy an educational tasting of premium local wines with particular emphasis on pairings with Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars. Sand Castle wines will be paired with selected plates of lighter fare that will use olive oil and balsamic vinegar as complementary flavors with the selected wines. The particular character of each wine, olive oil and balsamic will be explained; along with serving tips to insure that both wine and food selections are enjoyed. In addition, you will learn wine tasting, how olive oil and balsamic vinegar can enhance the flavor of your food in a healthy manner.

You will be provided with a list of wines, olive oils, balsamic, and foods with the opportunity to add your own notes on wines, pairings, and tastings. You will also be given a souvenir wine glass to remember the fun at TASTE. This 90 minute class is offered in Taste retail locations in Warrington and Phoenixville. Classes are offered on weekend days and, weekday evenings so that convenient times are available for everyone.
